Maor Blaustein 2140dfb8cb Migrate availability zone tests 
Changes from original tests:
- Adjust migrated imports and configuration.
- Added OVN backend check instead of configuration check.
- Replaced test UUIDs with unique ones.
- Master controller execution method according to OSP deployer tool.
- Node domain names according to OSP deployer tool.
- Fixed typos throughout file.
