Django 1.5 has a memory leak (as mentioned in the 1.5.1 release notes:
https://www.djangoproject.com/weblog/2013/mar/28/django-151/ )

Bump django requirement to >= 1.5.1 to avoid blowing out memory on stacktach
worker processes.
