Petr Blaho 07d2a594ee Removes legacy Exception for 300 HTTP status
This patch removes local legacy Exception used to handle
300 HTTP status error.
Now tuskarclient uses Exception from openstack/common code.
Modifies tests for change of what Exception is raised.
