Bruno Cornec b40437d19c Fix wrong delivery for usage files ...

- usage files are now placed under /usr/share (PBSHAREPATH variable) and not
  /usr/bin with the binary.
- PBTEMPLATEPATH replaced by PBSHAREPATH/templates
