Ivan Kolodyazhny 76dafe011b Override TEMPEST_STORAGE_PROTOCOL option

TEMPEST_STORAGE_PROTOCOL should have the same value as reported by a
Cinder Block Device Driver.

DevStack BlockDeviceDriver Plugin

In order to enable plugin at DevStack you need to put following line in your local.conf file enable_plugin bdd https://github.com/openstack/devstack-plugin-bdd
