Andrea Frittoli (andreaf) 7d669295e0 Deprecation warning in tempest-lib
Add a depreaction warning to tempest-lib to let our users know
they should switch to tempest.lib if they want the latest and
greatest fixes and functionalities.

Partially implements bp tempest-lib-reintegration
