Alessandro Pilotti e40463d8b6 Adds two RDP settings plugins
The RDPSettingsPlugin applies the RDP keepalive setting, based on a
configuration option.

The RDPPostCertificateThumbprintPlugin posts the current RDP
certificate thumbprint to the metadata service. This is in particular
useful for Azure. A corresponding method has been added to the
metadata service base class.
