Alessandro Pilotti 23ddd33fa4 Fixes requirements on Linux
Platform specific requirements can not be included in requirements.txt

Includes also:

* testr configuration file
* PEP8 fixes
* Unit test fixes for passing OpenStack Jenkins checks
