junfeng-li 558db15552 Add USM pxeboot support 
This commit is to setup /var/www/page/feed/rel-{ver}/upgrades
and /opt/software/rel-{ver}/bin/ during the pxeboot installation.

Test Plan:

PASS: build and deploy iso on DX
PASS: both controllers have correct directories setup
