Add FluxCD support of auditd app to debian. This commit
complete the debian packaging and basic validation for
the auditd application.
Test Plan:
PASS: check audit pod(upload/apply/delete)
PASS: check auditables events in audit.log
PASS: check Audit logrotate
PASS: check if audit process is running inside the pod.
PASS: check Audit Overrides.
