Andrew Hutchings 74b1467f6a Fix Nova API usage testing ...

1. Remove pep8 testing on tests directory
2. Use realish world data on Nova tests
3. Use 'with' instead of '@' decorators.  Turns out the sub-functions weren't
being run so no testing is being done
4. Fix Nova test cases so they actually work
