Florian Haas ba7dfd9fab neutron: set tunnel_types

Post-Havana, tunnel_network_type is deprecated in favor of
tunnel_types, and the puppetlabs-neutron module recently reflected this.
Update to be in line with current versions of that module.

Kickstack: Kickstart your OpenStack

Kickstack is a pure-Puppet rapid deployment system for OpenStack. It uses Puppet modules hosted at StackForge that are also available through the Puppet Forge.
