manchandavishal f27296e6d5 Drop horizon-nodejs10-jobs template 
As we already added horizon-nodejs14-jobs template in this plugin
and nodejs14 jobs running fine. So let's drop horizon-nodejs10-jobs
template because nodejs10 is already EOL.
