manchandavishal 02f04e99bf Use Horizon project template for nodejs jobs 
Horizon defined a project template 'horizon-nodejs-jobs'
for nodejs jobs. This patch updates ``.zuul.yaml`` to
use that template to run nodejs jobs here.
