jamepark4 903c29a691 Update shared set depending on microversion ...

Nova bug 1869804 was addressed in master but this will not be backported
to downstream RHOS 17 or older versions. Adding this microversion check
so that it continues to use Host A shared set for any version that
predates Antelope.
