Emilien Macchi 8d5fe5e952 Deploy & Test Ironic ...

* Create manifest to deploy Ironic services with 'fake' driver.
* Add bits to tempest class to enable the service.
* Update README.
* Add api.baremetal tests so we actually test Ironic.
