This change adds
* default pages for next release, 2025.2 Flamingo
* 2025.1 Epoxy project data so that index pages will be generated
It still keeps 2025.1 Epoxy in development phase. A future change
will transition it to 'maintained' at release time.
The patch content was setup by following the www page release
guideline [1].
