* Add TOCs
* Divide Examples and Tools (make it easier to add others such as VBox,
	VMware etc.)
* Merge all libvirt related content as a tool
* Modify headers as per Contributor Guide [1]
* Move pages to clarify hierarchy
Note: further work will be needed to update examples
