The recent OpenDev change changed a few URLs. Redirects are in place but
let's use the new URLs everywhere:
review.openstack.org moved to review.opendev.org, git hosting moved from
git.openstack.org to opendev.org.

The IBM Style Guide free version doesn't appear to be available,
so do not depend on any external non-open-source style guides,
per the broader community feedback from:

As for spelling references, refer to Merriam-Webster & IBM
developerWorks (which is based on the formerly used IBM guide).

Nova does not provide an ec2 api - the ec2 api project does. There is no
need for a mention of eucatools here - OpenStack documentation should
refrain from treating ec2 compat layer as a general 'alternate'
mechanism. The docs for the ec2api project can explain how to use it,
and the ec2 docs can explain how to use eucatools.

Update a code-convention to use OpenStackClient as the example. Also
update the ui-terminology doc to add a note about using OpenStackClient
and not per-project CLI tools.

Based off conversation at the PTG, we agreed it would be
beneficial to ensure the contrib-guide is clearly marked
as the doc contrib guide outside of the title.
