Dmitriy Rabotyagov c2045ba40e Install libvirt-deamon for RHEL systems

CentOS has upgraded their libivrt to version 9.3, where libvirt-daemon
is not installed as a dependency anymore. So we need to explicitly
isntall this package to restore functionality.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-api
nova-conductor
nova-scheduler
nova-console
nova-compute
