Mohammed Naser b8220a2367 Added vendor_data.json support

This patch adds the ability for a deployer to add vendor_data.json
for deployments.  It can make things configurable via a simple
dictionary.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
