Jimmy McCrory aae4f01aff Add variable to enable integration with barbican

Add a new variable, 'nova_barbican_enabled', that will handle setting
the configuration options and installing packages required to make use
of barbican.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.
