Jean-Philippe Evrard 9b436a1479 Remove pip_install dependency

With addition of pip_install on every node, we don't
need to have pip_install as a meta dependency.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
