Jonathan Rosser 9376fd253d Remove support for the nova-lxd driver

This driver has been retired [1] and tests are now failing becasue the
nova-lxd repo master branch is now empty.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.
