Kevin Carter 80b800e1cc Changed libvirt unit name

Xenial has renamed "libvirt-bin" to "libvirtd" and while the links for
libvirt-bin work if we use the service module they're broken when using
the systemdctl module.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-api
nova-conductor
nova-scheduler
nova-console
nova-compute
