Stuart Grace 374db4da85 Use internal endpoint for barbican API

Nova defaults to using public endpoint for Barbican API which would
require internet access from the compute node so change this to
use the internal API endpoint.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.
