Dmitriy Rabotyagov 29fd9613ea Add barbican_service_user section

Defining barbican_service_user is required for succesfull attachement
of ecnrypted volumes to VMs. Without it being in place nova-compute
fails with not being able to get service_token.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-compute
