Mohammed Naser 1df0bd51ee Drop nova-consoleauth service

The nova-consoleauth service was deprecated in Rocky and unless
you have the workarounds section enabled (which we don't), it will
not be used.

This patch drops it and adds tasks to turn it off and remove alll
the unit files.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:

nova-api
nova-conductor
nova-scheduler
nova-console
nova-compute
