Steve Lewis b1c2f9c00f Isolate Apache components
In preparation for moving keystone to uwsgi under nginx the Apache
related components are being isolated so a branched install option
(keystone_apache_mod_wsgi_enabled) can be used to accommodate both
deployment models.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 and port 35357 by default.
