Marc Gariepy e20f12cc3a Add IMAGES_ALLOW_LOCATION configuration option.

IMAGES_ALLOW_LOCATION is needed to be able to specify an external location
during image creation.

OpenStack-Ansible Horizon

This Ansible role installs and configures OpenStack Horizon served by the Apache webserver. Horizon is configured to use Galera for session caching and Memcached for other caching.
