Add overview file.

Add keystone file that takes its content from the
keystone charm README. A future PR will remove that
charm content.

Rewrite the above content.

This section will eventually include other topics.

Overview

This Security section includes topics related to authentication and authorisation in Charmed OpenStack.

Note

Charmed OpenStack assumes a backing cloud type of MAAS. This precludes the use of the juju expose command for opening firewall ports since MAAS does not implement a firewall.
