Travis McPeak 34817132f9 Refactoring Unit Test Directories ...

This commit creates two paths in tests, /unit and /functional.
As we begin to ensure proper unit test coverage we want to use
conventions whenever possible to keep our tests properly separated
and in conventional locations.
