Shawn Wormke f739c8d518 Add F5 Onboard and Deploy Heat Templates to Catalog Edit ...

Added HOT templates to the catalog for the onboarding of
F5 BIG-IP images and the deployment of those images
in standalone mode for 2 and 3 interface topologies.
