This change implements the human_log callback plugin within our plugins repo. A v1/2 shim has been added as the base entry point to ensure the callback plugin, if whitelisted, supports both Ansible V1 and V2. The Ansible role requirement file can be used to overload the
ansible- galaxy command to automatically fetch the plugins
for you in a given project. To do this add the following lines to your
ansible-role- requirements.yml file.
