Martin Kopec a1f3c43249 Fix role readme 
Lately we added a flavor autodiscover feature and due to that
we edited generate-tempestconf-file role.
The patch removes unused registered variable and edits readme.

Generate configuration file for tempest

Installs python-tempestconf cloned from git and generates tempest.conf which is then copied to tempest directory.

Role Variables
