Jeremy Stanley 4f4340333a Add Bluesky Verification Record for Zuul Account

OpenInfra Foundation social media marketing folks would like to
register a Zuul account on Bluesky Social, as this platform's
popularity has recently grown. The account would be managed by
foundation staff in a manner similar to the existing project
presence on other social media platforms, and likely used in the
same ways. To make the account official we need this record in DNS
to verify it against the zuul-ci.org domain.
