Adam Coldrick 255894392a Rationalise code for filtering private Boards and Worklists
This commit replaces the confusing mess of aliased joins used when
filtering private Worklists and Boards out of queries, with a clearer
approach utilising the relationships defined in the SQLAlchemy model.

This approach will be much easier to extend to support adding Teams
to Board and Worklist permissions.

Storyboard

Storyboard is a task tracker created to serve the needs of highly-distributed systems that span multiple projects, to enable cross-project work on a massive scale. Concepts were adapted from existing tools, and as many potential points of contention were removed as possible, to better facilitate coordination of project work by stakeholders with widely varied interests and needs.
