Anderson, Craig (ca846m) 9066690daf Streamline naming and fix qcow-bundle tag naming 
Fix an issue with qcow-bundle naming that was causing docker registry
info to be dropped.

Dropped redundant "qcow" prefix for qcow-bundle subdirectories.

Use qcow-bundle subdirectory as image name.

Rename "config" directory as "manifests" per offline review request.

Scripts placed in this directory will be run by the osconfig playbook when building the shared/common image-builder container, which both the ephemeral ISO and target QCOW will inherit.

This is a useful alternative to keep them separate instead of putting them all in the same overrides file.

Scripts execution ordering is based on the sorted filenames of the scripts. Ex, 005-script1.sh runs before 050-script2.sh.
