Alexander Hughes f1df9ea523 Add 2020 WC election results 
The nomination period for the 2020 WC election has ended. Since only
five candidates nominated and all candidates met the requirements, no
formal vote is required. This change updates the official election
results and adds the new Working Committee members as election
officials for the 2021-2022 Technical Committee term.

2021 Technical Committee Election

The 2021 Technical Committee election, organized by the 2020 Working Committee, determines the members of the Airship Technical Committee for the July 2021 -June 2022 term. Airship Governance dictates that five members will be elected for the upcoming term, and that each company may not be represented by more than two individuals for the 2021 Technical Committee term.
